About United Elementary School

United Elementary School, located in Armagh, Pennsylvania, was originally dedicated in 1973 from the consolidation of four elementary schools: Armagh, Brush Valley, Garfield, and Wehrum. Student enrollment, grades Pre-K through Six, is approximately 470 students.

The building was modernized for the 2012-13 school year to help ensure a safe and conducive learning environment. Some of the modernization included renovated classrooms, health room, library, multi-purpose room, and a welcoming main entrance to the school.

There is a Reading, Writing, and Mathematics emphasis at each grade level. Students participate in a variety of cycle classes weekly which are designed to enrich and support student development.

Parents are very active as partners in the important job of educating their children. Parental support, involvement, and suggestions are welcomed by the faculty and staff.
